01 Park rules
Box Villages Willie's is a place people call home. These rules keep it that way.
RV Approval
All RVs are subject to management approval. RVs must be 10 years old or newer and no longer than 45 feet.
Quiet Hours
10 PM to 7 AM. Keep noise to a minimum.
Speed Limit
5 mph throughout the park.
Check In and Check Out
Check-in is 3 PM. Check-out is 1 PM.
Sewer
Positive sewer seal required at both ends.
Pets
2 pet maximum. A pet fee applies; call us for current rates. Leash required outside at all times. No aggressive breeds. Cats must be indoors (outdoor on leash only). No pets over 20 lbs.
Children
Must be supervised at all times. Parent or guardian is responsible.
Trash
Dumpsters are for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged and tied.
Parking
2 vehicles maximum per space. No washing vehicles on site.
Prohibited
- No hazardous material storage
- No construction or vehicle repair on premises
- No visible laundry hung out
- No fireworks
- No open firearms displayed
- No tree climbing
- No clotheslines
- No electric space heaters
- No cheater boxes or pigtails
- No stakes or rods in the ground without management approval (underground wiring)
- No ATVs or bikes on the premises
- No water or sewer leaks (report immediately)
Drug Policy
No illegal drugs. Violation results in immediate eviction.
Boundaries
Stay within park boundaries. No trespassing.
